Spent Cumquat Jam

A citrus jam with a story behind it.

Our spent cumquat jam is made in partnership with Brookie's Gin, using cumquats that have already been infused during the gin-making process, giving them a deeper, more complex flavour. Rather than letting them go to waste, we turn them into something seriously delicious, a jam that’s bright, slightly bitter and perfectly balanced. 

The result is less sweet than your classic jam, with a rich, marmalade-like character that pairs beautifully with cheese, pastries or anything warm and buttery.

It’s a true reflection of how we like to cook, thoughtful, resourceful and full of flavour.
